This will let u make a contact form.

Instructions: First : sned info to?:put this = mailto:yourname@yoursite.com it will automaticaly send the info to your email .

second: the action that will take the user too when the hit submit like a thank you page or back to home anything.

third: put all the text fileds for example text1 can be name text2 can be email and so and so...

4th: submit button cuztimeze the name like: submit,send,ok etc.

5th: the with,max numbre etc. u can costumize it to ur needs :)
